Neobo is a Swedish property company that long-term manages and refines rental properties in several locations in Sweden.

We create attractive and sustainable living environments where people can thrive and feel secure.

Neobo manages and refines residential properties in Swedish municipalities experiencing population growth and good demand for residential properties.

Our overarching goal is to create attractive total yield for our shareholders.

Return on equity over time is to exceed 10 percent.
